Live sound, delivered & mixed — East Bay / SF Bay Area

The sound is handled.

Alameda Sound is a wet-hire PA service: a professional sound system that arrives with its own engineer. We deliver, set up, mix your event, and tear it all down. You get great sound and zero stress.

How it works

Renting speakers is easy. Making an event sound good is not.

Feedback, dead microphones, and muddy mixes ruin events. An experienced engineer prevents all of it — which is why the gear never travels without one.

1.

We talk, plainly

Tell us the venue, the headcount, and what's happening — toasts, a DJ, a full band. We'll tell you honestly what you need, and what you don't.

2.

We deliver and mix

The system arrives set up, tested, and tuned to the room before your guests do. Your engineer stays behind the board for the whole event.

3.

We disappear

When the night ends, the rig leaves with us. No returns, no truck rental, no cables to coil at midnight. That was never your job.

“Named for the town we load out of — an island city that notices when things are done right.
Who's behind the board

Alameda Sound is run by a working musician and live sound engineer with more than thirty years on stages and behind consoles — mixing bands, weddings, festivals, and everything with a microphone in it.

That matters, because sound is the thing every guest experiences and nobody should have to think about. When the toast is clear, the first dance hits, and the band sounds like a record, the event just feels right. That's the job.

The name is the address: based in Alameda, serving the East Bay and the greater SF Bay Area.
